Allow Us to Introduce You To 1.5 Gallons of Glory. San Diego’s largest cocktail, “The Mason Jar” at barleymash

Kate Sessions!

Delicious in taste and serious in size, barleymash ups the ante with The Mason Jar, a hefty new way to order your favorite cocktail. This huge 1.5 gallon Mason jar comes filled to the brim with your choice from one of five specialty cocktails and it is sure to satisfy several or leave one properly hydrated (ahem, that’s inebriated).

The challenge begins with choosing just which cocktail for the first fill. The Mason Jar is available with the Wyatt Earp, Kate Sessions, Silver Strand, Clydesdale or the Masonrita. The Wyatt Earp is barleymash’s house Manhattan. If you are feeling fruity, consider the Kate Sessions with fresh strawberries or the Silver Strand with tart-tasting raspberries.

The aptly-named Clydesdale is the house version of a mule and can be made either with vodka or bourbon. Grande is the name of The Mason Jar’s game and barleymash’s Masonrita, an Espolon Margarita offers plenty of olé.  These monster cocktails look even bigger in person and definitely crush the concept of traditional bottle service - just as much booze, without any of the work!  And it looks really cool too!

Belly up to the bar with the Mason Jar on your own, and consider this mammoth cocktail as a great choice for groups at $300 for 1.5 glorious gallons. Since an actual Mason jar is usually 16 ounces, barleymash’s new beast serves many and delights all.
