November 14-18, 2012 kicks off the 9th Annual San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival, a weeklong culinary classic that brings together the nation's top wine and culinary talent, 70 of San Diego's trendsetting chefs and restaurants and over 170 wineries, breweries and spirit purveyors.
