Table 926 and Pizza Port will present an evening of farm-to-table dishes and a selection of San Diego’s favorite brews on Wednesday, November 7 from 6 to 10 p.m. as part of San Diego Beer Week. During the “beer hour” starting at 6 p.m., guests will sip Pizza Port’s Abraham Drinkin Wheat and Miniature Gruyere and Mortadella Grilled Cheese Sandwiches on brioche.
Beginning at 7 p.m., the beer dinner will include five Pizza Port beers strategically chosen to complement Table 926 chef and owner Matt Richman’s seasonally inspired dishes.
- Lobster Risotto with English Peas made with a Sauvignon Blanc Beurre Blanc paired with Table Tops Belgian Pale Ale
- Braised Local Baby Beets with Frisee, Grapefruit and Blood Orange Vinaigrette paired with Hakuna Ma Tatas American Style IPA
- Beef Short Rib with Wild Mushroom Gravy and Wilted Bitter Greens paired with One Down Brown Ale and
- Sweet Milk Ice Cream with Oreo and Oatmeal Cookies topped with Hot Fudge Sauce paired with Oats Oatmeal Stout
