It's time for Trick-or-Treat on India Street in San Diego's Little Italy neighborhood! This is a special one as families who live downtown in sky-rises need a place to celebrate Halloween too! Little Italy Association invites downtown families to trick-or-treat in a safe, family-minded environment in San Diego’s Little Italy community on Wednesday, Oct. 31st from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
The Little Italy Association (LIA) invites families to visit San Diego’s Little Italy community for a safe, family-friendly Halloween. A favorite annual event, “Trick-or-Treat on India Street” brings the neighborhood together and allows a chance for kids to trick-or-treat up and down India Street from participating merchants.
“Our annual Trick or Treat on India Street is a real locals event,” said Steven Galasso, President of LIA, “It's truly a joy to host this for downtown families and see kids’ Halloween costumes when they celebrate Halloween in Little Italy.”
A non-profit 501(c) 3 corporation for the public’s benefit, the Little Italy Association (LIA) advocates on behalf of its members’ best interests in the areas of public safety, beautification, promotion and economic development, while preserving the unique cultural resources that exist in the Little Italy neighborhood of Downtown San Diego. LIA stands as the only district management corporation of its kind for any Little Italy neighborhood in the United States and is run by a Board of Directors who represent property owners, residents, businesses and community at large.
