February 12, 2014

Local Habit welcomes Latitude 33 head brewer, Kevin Buckley, to celebrate their 2nd anniversary on March 11. The Hillcrest restaurant is excited to host another Brewmasters Dinner, drawing in a passionate crowd of foodies and beer enthusiasts. Local Habit's Executive Chef Nick Brune has strategically crafted a unique and enjoyable 5-course menu of organic “Cali-Creole” cuisine to be paired with 5 excellent craft beers from Latitude 33. This one-of-a-kind interactive dining experience includes an entertaining inside look at how each culinary selection was paired with their corresponding beer selections, as well as the inspiration behind Latitude 33’s brewing process.

At $50 per ticket, Brewmasters Dinner is an unbelievable deal. If 5 gourmet courses and speciality beers weren’t reason enough, everyone in attendance will also take home their very own Latitude 33 glass! Tickets are going fast, so get 'em while you can.

Local Habit features organic foods made from scratch using seasonally available, local produce, house cured meats and homemade breads.  The restaurant has been committed to offering the best of California craft beers and wines since opening in July 2011. The focal point of the ambiance of the 60-seat restaurant is a handcrafted bar, which highlights the extensive use of reclaimed wood throughout the space. Vivid photos of local farms, along with bright, earthy colors and warm lighting, create an inviting and comfortable dining experience.
