Chef Arnold Vargas Brown takes over starting this month at ViVa Bar +Kitchen, a Gaslamp District destination for Latin-inspired cuisine. Formerly executive sous chef with Bertrand at Mister A’s, Brown will lead the team and develop additional innovative dishes using the bold flavors from Spain, Mexico, Cuba, Peru, Puerto Rico and other Latin regions.
