Encore Champagne Bar & Dining Room will celebrate one of the world’s oldest delicacies with specialty caviar and shellfish selections for National Caviar Day on Friday, July 18. Executive Chef Ryan Studebaker will introduce Stone Crab Deviled Eggs topped with a choice of either trout roe, paddlefish or white sturgeon caviar, priced $15, $25 and $50, respectively. In addition, Encore complements its extensive selection of Champagne with a world-class array of caviar selections, priced from $25 to $285.
Encore will also highlight a new Oyster Platter, priced at $15, loaded with a sample of six unique oysters on the half-shell, including: two served with cocktail sauce, two Oysters Rockefeller and two topped with a trout roe and jalapeño and lime mignonette.
Encore Champagne Bar & Dining Room combines luxury with a local ambiance as San Diego’s first true Champagne-based dining concept. Encore opened in January 2014 at 531 F Street in the Gaslamp District, providing San Diegans with more than 20 varieties of Champagne and sparkling wines by-the-glass, an extensive red and white wine list, specialty cocktails and craft beer along with a delectable dining menu by Executive Chef Ryan Studebaker.
Encore is open from 4pm to midnight Monday through Thursday, 4pm to 2am on Friday, 10:30am to 2am on Saturday and 10:30am to midnight on Sunday. Social Hour, featuring 2-for-1 Champagne and half-priced chef’s favorites, is offered from 4 to 7pm daily. Brunch is served from 10:30am to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.
