Young and talented Chef Craig Jimenez, former executive chef of the now-shuttered Gang Kitchen and Roseville Cozinha before that, has joined the team at SuperNatural Sandwiches as the new executive chef and partner at San Diego's favorite seafood sandwich spot.
"I'm excited to announce my partnership with the Supernatural team," said Jimenez. "Actually, our partnership began while collaborating at events throughout last year and we discovered we have a similar vision, and so after many bowls of pho, ramen and Neptune Sandwiches, our goal is to grow the brand even more this year. To continue our mantra of 'support local' we also brought in our friends, Han from Bobalicious and Damien from D'Licious Dessert alongside Andrea's Truffles to help round out our offerings."
The next phase of SuperNatural Sandwiches expansion is to accommodate customers with catering services and extend hours for the brand's weekly pop-up "Supernatural After Dark", where they showcase new dishes at various breweries around the "Beeramar" neighborhood.
