Kitchen 4140 And Karl Strauss Brewing Company Team Up For “Steak & Strauss” Dinner | Thursday, February 26

On Thursday, February 26, Kitchen 4140 will partner with San Diego brewer Karl Strauss for a special prix fixe dinner beginning at 6 p.m. Each of the six courses will offer a Karl Strauss craft beer paired with Chef Kurt Metzger’s creations, resulting in an evening highlighting farm-to-table flavors alongside beers from one of San Diego’s foremost breweries. Exact courses are being kept under wraps until the dinner, but guests can expect a fair share of steak as well as the debut of a unique Karl Strauss beer created in part by Kitchen 4140.

Admission to Kitchen 4140’s prix fixe beer dinner with Karl Strauss is priced at $75 per person (not including tax/gratuity). Reservation can be made by calling the restaurant directly at (858) 483-4140 or purchasing tickets in-person (ahead of time) during a visit to Kitchen 4140.
