The Westgate Hotel’s Executive Chef and Baja cuisine aficionado Fabrice Hardel will create Baja inspired hors d’oeuvres. For the main event, celebrity guest chef Flor Franco will take over the kitchen to prepare a six-course wine pairing dinner and tequila tasting (full menu below) showcasing the great diversity and quality of the thriving culinary destination. Fernando Gaxiola, the acclaimed owner of Baja Wine + Food and the largest importer of Baja wines, will pour a selection of premier wines from the Valle de Guadalupe.

Mexican born Chef Flor Franco was an early frontrunner in the Baja culinary scene as the Culinary Director/Partner at internationally acclaimed eco-anti-resort Encuentro Guadalupe and the highly lauded Conviva Cantina Artesenal. She continues to be a fixture in both Baja and San Diego maintaining a commitment to high-quality, often locally sourced, ingredients and tantalizing new flavors.
