Valle de Guadalupe’s Hotel Boutique Celebrates Fuego’s One Year Anniversary With 9-Course Wine Pairing Dinner

April 3, 2015

On Saturday, April 11, Fuego Restaurant and Lounge in Valle de Guadalupe’s Hotel Boutique is celebrating their one year anniversary with a 9-course, wine-paired feast. Fuego has invited five well-known Mexican chefs to participate in this culinary event. Hailing from Baja California and Mexico City, chefs Israel Montero (Kaah Siis), Esteban Lluis (Ambar Cocina Urbana), Bianca Castro (Biscotti’s Repostería Artesanal), Denisse Zamudio (Patiseria), Maribel Villareal (L’abricot Brasserie) and host chef Mario Peralta will prepare for guests this special dinner.

The night will start with a cocktail hour starting at 7pm, followed by an intimate dinner at 8pm. In honor of the lush vineyards surrounding Fuego, each meal will also be paired with wines from Valle de Guadalupe’s best wineries - Viñas del Sol, Vinícola Torres Alegre y Familia, Shedeh, Totos, and Emevé vino wineries.

The Valle de Guadalupe has been called “The Napa Valley of Mexico,” but you will find that this Latin American mecca is a place unlike any other due to its culturally rooted cuisine and locals. Reservations for the one year anniversary dinner can be made by calling Fuego at +52 (646)-151-1712 or by emailing [email protected]. The dinner cost is $60 USD plus gratuity.
