During the celebration, watch Cooking Light Executive Chef Anna Bullett take the culinary stage to provide a cooking demonstration filled with delicious bites (both healthy and indulgent), say “cheers” with a glass of vino in the Fit Foodie Wine Garden, and get the heart pumping with mini fitness classes that crush any calories consumed throughout the weekend. When it’s all said and done, take home a swag bag overflowing with healthy snacks, workout accoutrements and more!
Sunday Sweat Session and Brunch presented by Fabletics. The Sunday workout is led by Tracy Anderson Method certified and trained instructor, Stacey McDermott. This challenging 60-minute mat-based workout involving arms, abs, and legs, activates a full spectrum of major and minor accessory muscles. All levels are welcome. After the morning workout, treat your inner food with a delicious Cooking Light & Health inspired brunch, and celebrate to a successful Fit Foodie weekend.
