Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is introducing its CAPture 2 menu, featuring a half sandwich with soup or salad on February 17 and to celebrate, the longtime sandwich empire is offering up the special for $2 for a few days! This will be the company's very first menu expansion since its inception 40 years ago.
Capriotti's new menu gives diners even more choices by offering new soups and salads. Guests can choose to do a cup of soup and a salad OR a half-sandwich with a side of soup or salad. New salads include the BBQ Turkey, made with fresh roasted turkey, mixed greens, crispy cheddar onions, diced tomatoes, corn, black beans, chipotle ranch dressing and BBQ sauce, as well as the Balsamic Chicken, made with grilled chicken breast, mixed greens, gorgonzola cheese, glazed cranberry walnuts, fresh chopped basil and balsamic dressing. Soup choices include minestrone, chicken noodle, tomato bisque and a rotating soup of the day special. To commemorate the launch, Capriotti’s Mission Valley location will be offering $2 CAPture 2 meals from February 17-19.
