San Diego Chef Sara Polczynski has partnered with Executive Chef Michael Poompan to prepare a delicious Oaxacan supper consisting of an appetizer sampler followed by four-courses with wine pairings by Baja Wine + Food, held al-fresco on the property's pier during the new moon.
The October 30 meal highlights authentic flavors and ingredients from the Oaxaca area of Mexico in partnership with Baja Wine + Food, providing guests with a one-of-a-kind romantic experience under the stars on the resort’s private pier overlooking the San Diego skyline and San Diego Bay.
