Joining the eclectic lineup of new eateries heading to Westfield UTC this year is Bibigo Fresh Korean Kitchen, a build-your-own bibimbap eatery set to host a Grand Opening Free Bowl Day celebration on April 7.
Bibigo's 700 square-foot fast casual eatery will soon debut within the Westfield UTC food court. The company currently has six locations around Los Angeles, as well as in the United Kingdom, China, Korea, and Indonesia, with plans to open 130 outposts around the country by 2020, including more spots in San Diego in the near future.
Bibigo's menu is centered around made-to-order, customizable bibimbap Korean rice bowls, each created to the customer's taste and preference. Diners first order their ingredients, which are served and continue to cook in a sizzling hot stone bowl. Options include kimchi rice, noodles, asian slaw, soy garlic chicken, bulgogi beef, organic tofu, fried egg and more, as well as sauces like sesame, Korean hot, and citron soy.
Head to Bibigo on Friday, April 7 when they'll be giving away free bowls of bibimbap from 11am-3pm, as well as complimentary gifts.
