'Whiplash' Actor Miles Teller Arrested In Pacific Beach After Night At PB Shore Club

June 19, 2017

Was it too many Red Bull & Vodka slushies that got him?? Actor Miles Teller, known for his roles in movies like Whiplash and Divergent, was arrested in San Diego's Pacific Beach shortly after midnight this past Sunday morning and allegedly charged with public intoxication. He took to Twitter to deny the claims and put the blame where it may belong - on PB Shore Club.

It was reported that shortly after midnight, San Diego Police took 30-year-old Teller into custody after he was reportedly seen visibly intoxicated. There is a discrepancy as to whether Teller was charged with the misdemeanor offense of public intoxication or let off with a warning after a short stint in the "drunk tank".

"Went down to SD to see my buddy before he deployed. I wasn't arrested I was detained bc there was no evidence to charge me with a crime," Teller posted to is official Twitter account. "Don't believe everything you read, especially from a third party entertainment news source trying to get clicks. Appreciate the concern. I blame Shore Club."

Teller would not be the first person to spend a night in the drunk tank after an evening at PB Shore Club...and certainly not the last.
