The 8,000 square-foot dining, drinking & entertainment destination Park 101 has opened in downtown Carlsbad, offering four separate establishments each with their own unique food and beverage offerings.
The kid and dog-friendly Park 101 bi-level, plaza-style complex offers four separate venues within its expansive space. There is Park Smoked Meats, where pitmaster Ryan Tuskan is smoking up classic St. Louis style barbecue, including ribs, tri-tip, brisket, smoked fish, turkey and chicken available in plate or sandwich form, as well as sides like baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw and collard greens. Deli & Dough is a fast-casual, walk up eatery offering items like ready-made juices, grab-n-go sandwiches, fresh expresso and coffee, ice cream sandwiches and handmade doughnuts. Garden Pub offers a lineup of 30+ beers on tap, as well as draft wine, sangria, spritzers, frozé frozen rosé and a menu of shareable plates. On the second-story level, Park 101’s Tamarack View Deck features a rooftop bar lounge with fire pits and cozy seating areas where visitors will find gourmet snacks like charcuterie and million-dollar views of the vibrant Carlsbad Village.
