The Mira Mesa Festival of Beers returns to the Mira Mesa Community Park for the 6th year on Sunday, August 27, from 1-4pm (12pm for VIP). There will be over 30 breweries pouring over sixty different beers, live music and food trucks, all in a beautiful outdoor park setting on what will most certainly be a beautiful San Diego afternoon. Participating breweries pouring unlimited samples at the Mira Mesa Festival of Beers include 2 Kids Brewing Co., Acoustic Ales, Alesmith, Amplified Ale Works, Artifex, Bitter Brothers, Division 23, Duck Foot, Helm's Brewing, Mike Hess Brewing, Intergalactic Brewing, Kilowatt Brewing, Lagunitas, Longship Brewing, Mikkeller Brewing, Modern Times Beer, Newtopia Cyder, Novo Brazil Brewing, Reckless Brewing, Saint Archer, San Diego Brewing, Turquoise Barn Cider, White Labs and more. Food will be available for purchase from local vendors Doggus Gus Mexican Gourmet Hot Dogs and Slice of Life Catering. There will also be live music by '80s cover band Stay Sweet.
Tickets are $40 for VIP and $35 for General Admission, but promo code SDVILLE saves $10 per GA or VIP pass. Tickets go up $5 each at the door on the day of the event. A general-admission ticket is good for unlimited 2-ounce tasters while a VIP ticket also gets an extra hour of tasting and in-and-out privileges all day. Limited Designated Driver tickets are available for $15. Tickets can be purchased online.
