A new bar and restaurant from Ebullition Brew Works has opened within the newly revitalized The Square at Bressi Ranch in San Diego's North County neighborhood of Carlsbad.
Ebullition Brew Works is a Vista-based craft brewery opened in July 2017 by Jan Buncher, Erik Dyrr and Jesse Richardson. Heading the brewing operations for Ebullition is brewmaster Mike Reidy - a former teacher, beer judge and award-winning homebrewer who produces an eclectic array of craft beers including the Vanilla Porter, Tropical Hazy IPA, Attaboy Irish Red Ale, Dopamine IIPA, The General Mexican coffee stout and many more.
The new Ebullition Brew Works & Gastronomy has opened within The Square at Bressi Ranch, an 87,000 square-foot neighborhood center recently developed in the affluent community of Bressi Ranch in North County San Diego. Other tenants include Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, Mendocino Farms, Richard Walker's Pancake House, Panini Kabob Grill, Mango Mango Fresh & Healthy, Wood Ranch BBQ, Casero Taqueria, The Grove Bakery, and Bantam's Roost Gastropub. In addition to a large tap list of house-brewed beers, the new Ebullition boasts a full food menu with upscale comfort foods like Calabrian Hot Chicken, Tiger Shrimp Salad, and specials like the Snake River Farms heritage pork loin plated with fried plantains, caramelized fennel, and charred thyme topped with a parsnip chip.
Ebullition Brew Works & Gastronomy is located at 2628 Gateway Road, Suite E135, within The Square at Bressi Ranch in Carlsbad. The eatery is open today and tomorrow from 5-10pm for its soft opening then 11am-11pm starting on Monday, January 20. For more information, visit ebullitionbrew.com.
