SeaWorld San Diego’s Seven Seas Food Festival Returns With 150+ Global Dishes And Major Spring Concert Lineup

SeaWorld San Diego is bringing back its annual Seven Seas Food Festival this spring, combining globally inspired cuisine, park-wide entertainment, and a newly expanded concert series into what has become one of the region’s larger seasonal events.

Running through April 26 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, the Seven Seas Food Festival features more than 150 food and beverage offerings curated by Executive Chef Zuric Ramirez. In addition to culinary stations spread throughout the park, guests can expect six stages of live entertainment and full-length concerts from nationally recognized artists.
This year marks the first time the festival formally integrates a multi-week concert series as a central attraction. Headliners on the bayside stage include Fitz and the Tantrums on March 14, The Band Perry on March 21, newly announced country artist Walker Hayes on April 18, and Phillip Phillips on April 25. Concerts are included with park admission, with optional reserved seating upgrades available.
Culinarily, the event is structured as a tasting tour. More than 20 festival “food huts” are positioned around the park, offering dishes influenced by Italian, Brazilian, Polynesian, Mediterranean, Mexican, Caribbean and various Asian cuisines. Signature items range from Cubano sandwiches and spicy poke bowls to escargot, fried Spam musubi, braised meatballs and mango bread pudding. Rotating seasonal offerings will be added throughout the two-month run.

SeaWorld is also spotlighting local and regional beverage partners during the festival. Guests can find selections from San Diego-area breweries including Mike Hess Brewing, Karl Strauss Brewing Company, Stone Brewing, Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits, Harland Brewing Co., Pizza Port Brewing Company, Societe Brewing Company and Coronado Brewing Company, among others.
Beyond food and concerts, the festival expands its entertainment footprint across six themed stages. New additions this year include a World Explorer Stage featuring a live animal presentation highlighting species from across the globe, and a Parisian-themed stage offering cirque-style performances. Returning programming includes Polynesian fire knife dancing, Brazilian samba performances, live DJs, K-pop tribute acts and interactive character entertainment.
Guests looking to sample broadly can purchase tasting lanyards, with an eight-item sampler starting at $65 and a 12-item sampler priced at $75. Annual Pass Members receive additional sample options and can visit multiple times throughout the festival without blockout dates. Items are also offered a la carte.

SeaWorld’s Seven Seas Food Festival runs weekends through April 26 at 500 Sea World Drive in San Diego's Mission Bay. For more information, including full menus and concert details, visit SeaWorldSanDiego.com.
