Whiskey Girl is turning eight years old and to celebrate the milestone, they are hosting an 8th Anniversary Party on Wednesday, November 13. Whiskey Girl is one of the longest running venues in the Gaslamp and has been listed in Nightclub & Bars Top 100 in 2012. The fun and festivities begin at 7pm by invitation only, and the party is open to the public at 9pm.
Whiskey Girl will transform their venue on the corner of 5th and G Street into a Southern Comfort Cherry Poppin’ Wonderland with a red carpet, red cherry lanterns, a red candy station and guests in classic red and black attire.

Long-time resident DJs Marc Thrasher and Super DJ Romeo along with a dedicated staff and management team have all contributed to the eight years of success for this Gaslamp Quarter Nightclub and Sports Bar and restaurant hot spot. Whiskey Girl will feature one of San Diego’s best acoustic cover bands, Brent & Mike. Followed by DJ Marc Thrasher’s eclectic mix of dance and current party favorites for the remainder of the night.
At the party, Whiskey Girl will have $3 drink specials starting at 9pm that include Red Trolley, Red Hook Audible, Southern Comfort Cherry, and Fire Eater shots. There will be a prize wheel where guests will have a chance to win $500 in cash and prizes and also a red carpet, red cherry lanterns, and a red candy bar to set off the theme of the night. Whiskey Girl’s 8th Anniversary Party will provide eats, drinks, and live music for a full night of festive fun.
