Planning your next big vacation has never been easier. America’s favorite Travel Show Series is sure to spark your wanderlust. We are raffling off 2 one-day passes to attend, so read on for all the details and be sure to enter!

The Travel & Adventure Show matches travel enthusiasts with the top travel providers from around the globe in hopes of crafting custom experiences meant to turn ordinary get-aways into extraordinary vacations. From Mammoth Lakes to Malaysia, Fiji to Florida, attendees will have the opportunity to browse a huge variety of travel providers, and experience culture-rich demonstrations from dream destinations. This gives people a chance to interact with thousands of domestic and international destinations and travel experts that can help plan the perfect vacation, customize your trip, and give the expert, inside knowledge you need to “travel like a local”. Throughout the expo, exhibitors offer travel show specials and offer attendees access to exclusive savings.

“San Diegans have an appetite for travel and adventure. This expo is a great way to experience the world over just one weekend through the eyes of well-traveled speakers and experts from around the globe.” Stated John Golicz, CEO, Unicomm, the event producer. “This event is like walking through the best travel guide. And it’s right in your backyard.”

At this year's Travel & Adventure show, there will be dynamic seminars hosted by top travel celebrities. This year’s seminar hosts on the Travel & Adventure Theater stage include Patricia Schultz, author of The New York Times best-seller 1,000 Place to See Before You Die; Samantha Brown, television host from the Travel Channel; Peter Greenberg, the Emmy Award-winning investigative reporter and producer and CBS News travel editor; and Pauline Frommer, editorial director of the Frommer Guides and publisher of Frommers.com.

For most travelers, food is part of the itinerary, if not the primary purpose for travel like it is for us! At the Travel & Adventure Show, there will be the Taste of Travel Theater, a stage that will showcase live cooking demonstrations by some of San Diego’s finest chefs, offering international cooking techniques, flavor combinations and a hunger to enjoy these cultural cuisines first hand around the world.

There will also be the Savvy Traveler Theater, an intimate venue where consumers can learn “how-to” tips on traveling smarter, preview the latest gadgets and innovations for their upcoming adventures, and attend education sessions on travel photography and packing. Also, stop by the Global Beats Stage to fully immerse yourself in a different culture with music and entertainment from around the globe.

“Our 2015 San Diego Travel & Adventure Show was a huge success and for 2016 there are more booths and more content than ever before.” stated Golicz.
