Beerfish Launches Weekend Brunch Service Starting January 21

January 18, 2017

Seafood and craft beer concept Beerfish, which opened last summer along Adams Avenue where North Park meets University Heights, will launch its first ongoing brunch service beginning Saturday, January 21. Guests will be able to order more than half a dozen new dishes alongside long-time house favorites between 10am and 1pm on Saturdays and Sundays while dining either indoors or on Beerfish’s buoy-lined patio.

Highlights of Beerfish’s new brunch menu include a Maine Lobster Breakfast Burrito with habanero sauce, Thick Cut Sourdough French Toast with orange infused syrup, Blue Crab Benedict under tobasco hollandaise, Wild Mexican Shrimp and Grits with bacon, and a Wild Coho Smoked Salmon Scramble with roasted red peppers and dill crème fraiche. Brunch will also feature house favorites such as Beerfish’s clam chowder in a bread bowl and the popular brown buttered lobster roll, and will be complemented by mimosas, bloody Mary’s and thirty craft beers on tap. Beerfish’s brunch dishes are casually priced between $13 and $18.

Opened June 2016 on Adams Avenue in the North Park-University Heights neighborhood, Beerfish is a fast casual seafood and beer concept styled after the quintessential seafood shacks of New England. Colorful buoys and dingies line a large patio with picnic tables while an indoor bar features thirty craft beers and an oyster station. Chef RoseAna Peyron leads the kitchen in classic and novel seafood dishes like clam chowder, lobster rolls, crispy oyster sliders, clam sourdough toast and a crab B.L.T. Every Thursday is Keep the Pint Night and weekday happy hours offer $1 oysters.

Beerfish is located at 2933 Adams Avenue in North Park/University Heights. For more information, visit beerfish.com or call 619.363.2337.
