Upscale Bowling Alley & Entertainment Destination Bowlero Rolling Into Chula Vista

Bowlero bowling entertainment center will debut its second area location in San Diego's South County on February 24, featuring a grand opening celebration with a chance to meet former San Diego Charger Shawne "LightsOut" Merriman.

Combining bowling, arcade games, and a delectable menu of ridiculous eats, Bowlero Chula Vista  is a modern venue featuring 48 lanes of blacklight bowling, trendy soft lounge seating, and high-definition video walls that broadcast everything from music videos and sporting events to classic family films. Bowlero Chula Vista is packed with fun, including two sports bars, an arcade with video games and old-school favorites like beer pong, billiards and cornhole to entertain guests of all ages. A San Marco location of Bowlero opened in September 2017

Local foodies will be entertained by Bowlero's menu of oversized shareable items - an impressive lineup of inventive eats that includes the colossal Party Pretzel and Bowlero's signature Behemoth Burger - a 5-lb, 14-inch-round party burger named one of America's top burgers by USA Today. On the sweeter side of things, Bowlero will offer its tasty Monster Cookie Melt, a warm, jumbo chocolate chip cookie that's topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, and delicious whipped cream.

The grand opening of Bowlero Chula Vista, located at 845 Lazo Court, will take place on Saturday, February 24 from 12-4pm with free bowling, arcade play, giveaways, and a chance to meet and bowl with NFL Superstar and Former San Diego Charger Shawne Merriman, a.k.a. "LightsOut." The grand opening event will showcase Bowlero's outrageous menu of inventive eats and oversized shareables that will "wow" attendees Instagram-worthy items like the 123-ounce fishbowl cocktail that's made for sharing.
