Eat Crispy Burger Opens Fifth San Diego County Location In Oceanside

Eat Crispy Burger, the fast-growing family-run smash burger sensation, has just opened its fifth San Diego County location - this time in the North County city of Oceanside.

Launched in 2022 by Angela Ablahad and Ramzy Rahib in Encinitas, Eat Crispy Burger has carved out a loyal following for its seared-to-perfection smash burgers made with fresh, never-frozen beef and a highly customizable menu. What began as a single location has since grown into a county-wide favorite, with additional restaurants in National City, Kearny Mesa, La Jolla, and now Oceanside. The new outpost takes over the space formerly home to Miss Kim’s by That Boy Good, bringing the beloved brand’s signature sizzle to a new coastal neighborhood.

The new Oceanside location stays true to the brand's winning formula, serving up made-to-order smash burgers with a variety of add-ons, including bacon, avocado, pastrami, hash browns, and jalapeños. Those looking for plant-based options can order the Impossible patty, and burgers are available on a brioche bun or protein-style lettuce wrap. The full menu also includes breakfast sandwiches, pastrami sandwiches, all-beef hot dogs, crispy onion rings, golden fries, milkshakes, fresh-baked cookies, and a kid-friendly selection. The Oceanside branch will soon add a full liquor license with beer, wine and cocktails.
Eat Crispy Burger's rapid expansion reflects its growing reputation as one of San Diego’s top burger spots, often landing on "best of" lists for its quality ingredients and crave-worthy flavor combinations. The Oceanside opening not only extends the brand's reach into North County, but also solidifies its standing as a homegrown favorite with countywide ambitions.

Eat Crispy Burger is now open at 207 North Coast Highway in San Diego's North County city of Oceanside. For more information, visit eatcrispyburger.com
