The United States' first full-service cat lounge, bar & restaurant will open in San Diego later this year. Whiskers & Wine is coming to North Park.
Whiskers & Wine will be an upscale cat lounge and cocktail bar where people can order food and drinks while playing with adoptable cats and kittens. Currently being built by San Diego-based Shea Construction, the two-story space will offer California cuisine, local craft beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. Enjoy drinks like the Kittytini or Meownhattan while eating dishes like Queso Kitten Tots, all while cannoodling with cats of all shapes and sizes. There will also be an onsite merchandise store and a rooftop lounge where patrons can expect frequent special events like cat yoga.
