After closing for a few months during the pandemic, Consortium Holding's Craft & Commerce has reopened in San Diego's Little Italy with a limited-time tribute menu devoted to fast food favorites.
Craft & Commerce's tribute to fast food features a curated selection of items "representing the golden age of guilty pleasure." For a limited time, patrons can get replica fast food items made with high end ingredients, including the Craft-fil-A fried chicken slider, WienerSchmidtzel kosher chili queso dog, C&C fried chicken buckets, and Jack in the Crack tacos. The eatery is also offering a list of specialty milkshakes, boozy slushies and themed cocktails.
