The celebrated global Japanese dining brand is opening its second San Diego location inside the 136-year-old beachfront resort, replacing the former Sheerwater restaurant. The 3,700-square-foot space will offer indoor and outdoor seating, a pagoda-style bar, and a dedicated sushi counter - bringing Nobu's signature sleek sophistication to Coronado Island.
Founded by world-renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and actor Robert De Niro, Nobu is known worldwide for blending traditional Japanese cuisine with South American influences. The Coronado outpost will feature Nobu's legendary dishes such as Black Miso Cod, Yellowtail Jalapeño, and premium sushi, along with exclusive menu items designed specifically for this new location.
