At the Garnet Avenue location, Gusto has rolled out Italian sandwiches, coffee service, and fresh pasta dishes, expanding beyond retail while still maintaining its market roots. The shop continues to stock hard-to-find Italian staples like guanciale and Italian 00 flour, along with a deep selection of olive oils, vinegars, dried pastas, rice, gnocchi, jams, peppers, olives, and cheeses. Italian sodas and specialty beverages remain a draw, particularly for customers hunting down nostalgic imports.
Gusto originally launched as a delivery-focused business, later opening a physical market to support in-store pickup and local customers. That hybrid model still defines the operation today. In addition to walk-in retail, Gusto ships Italian groceries nationwide via UPS, including to Hawaii and Alaska, and offers bulk quantities for foodservice, catering, and restaurant clients.
