Prospect Bar and Grill in La Jolla recently underwent renovations and will reopen this month on June 12. Located one floor above street-level, the restaurant offers unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean coastline and the popular Scripps Park. Established in 2009, Prospect Bar & Grill will feature live, local music weekly.
Chef Sergio Garcia is the chef behind the diverse menu at Prospect Bar and Grill. Garcia’s quest for knowledge of different foods, cultures and flavors has taken him to destinations such as Mexico, Spain, Morocco, Cambodia, Malaysia, and Singapore. He feels blessed to call San Diego home and says it is a “true multi-cultural city, where the food scene is taking flight.” Prospect Bar and Grill is co-owned by entrepreneurs Brannon Ciora and Cesar Vallin.
