September 22, 2016

Seven years in the making, San Diego's Stone Brewing has finally unveiled its Berlin, Germany-based brewery, featuring a full brewing operation and package facility, as well as a Stone World Bistro & Gardens bar, restaurant and retail store. Get your first look at this historic property!

Located in the Mariendorf area of Berlin, Germany, Stone Berlin is located on the property of the historic 1901 gasworks facility. While the location brewed its first beer in December 2015, it only last week opened the doors to its destination restaurant and beer mecca, offering 75 different beers on tap - the largest selection in the entire country of Germany, as well as a full restaurant. America's 10th largest craft brewer is now distributing Stone beers to 17 countries throughout Europe.

Stone Berlin’s campus includes a main hall built in 1901, a 2,400 square meter Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens with approximately 5,000 square meters of gardens, and a retail store selling Stone beers and merchandise. There is also a 2,000 square meter packaging and distribution hall for filling, packing and storage, as well as a 120 square meter event space in a historic train repair building situated amongst expansive gardens. Operating at full capacity, the new brewery will produce approximately 38,000 barrels of beer annually.

Stone Berlin is located at Im Marienpark 23, 12107, in Berlin (Mariendorf), Germany. For more information, visit stonebrewing.eu and check out the video below for scenes from the grand opening celebration on September 14, 2016.
