We recently broke the news that Bottlecraft was opening an outpost in Solana Beach, but that's not the end of the company's northward expansion. The burgeoning beer shop and taproom concept will also add another location within the complex that also houses Copa Vida at 11055 Roselle Street in Sorrento Valley.
Bottlecraft is a craft beer bar and retail beer market from Brian Jensen, who also has an ownership interest in Waypoint Public. The Sorrento Valley location will be the sixth Bottlecraft, with others in Liberty Public Market, Little Italy, North Park, Virginia Beach, and one heading into the former Beerworks space in Solana Beach. Bottlecraft Sorrento Valley is still in preliminary phases of development. We reached out to Jensen for comment but have not received a response.
