The two-day celebration merges the three elements of good times - cocktails, culinary and culture, and is likely to please the palates of everyone from the serious mixologist, professional chef, to the novice culinary enthusiast and the cocktail drinker.

On Saturday, the grand tasting opens to all VIP, media and trade ticket holders at 12: noon and to the general public from 1:00 pm – 6pm. It doesn’t stop there as the After Party will continue on the back pier for all Ticket Holders, with a Spirits Festival Hosted bar in the VIP area, a cigar lounge, plenty of food trucks and live bands playing into the evening. Drink Ticket will be for sale and proceeds will go to the event's charities - Chef de Cuisine Association and Women Executives in the Beverage Industry. On Sunday, the grand tasting opens at 1:00 pm – 6pm with a VIP area, cigar lounge, food trucks and bands playing all day.
