Beaumont’s Eatery Executive Chef George Morris rolled out a new brunch menu this week. The new menu showcases twists on breakfast classics alongside refreshing cocktails and mocktails just in time for summer, when Beaumont's serves as the perfect location for leisurely meals on the recently renovated patio. These new dishes can also be enjoyed during Acoustic Brunch, featuring live music on the patio every Sunday morning.
New to Brunch:
- Greek Yogurt & Organic Granola Parfait: seasonal berries, lemon curd, mint
- Tommy Toast: blueberry brioche bread pudding, banana hazelnuts, lemon curd, whipped cream
- Carne Asada Burrito: scrambled eggs, ancho mole, smoked scallion crema, refried beans, cilantro rice
- Smoked Chicken Breakfast Quesadilla: scrambled eggs, Oaxaca cheese, roasted poblano, refried beans
- B.Y.O. Scramble: three eggs with your choice of veggies, meat and cheese, served with breakfast potatoes, toast and a fruit garnish
- Monk Juice: Aviation gin, yellow chartreuse, lemon juice and muddled cucumber
- EZSunday: organic vanilla vodka, lemonade and muddled strawberries
- Weekend Punch: seasonal concoctions
- Afternoon Delight: ginger beer, lemon, basil and cucumber
- Curious George: prickly pear soda, rosemary and morita pepper
