Beginning on the street level, Del Mar Rendezvous, a nouveau Chinese eatery, boasts a collection of 25 craft beers. Known for it’s award-winning cuisine, guests can pair the varied beer options with an enticing menu of modern and light Chinese fare, including gluten-free and vegetarian options.
Wandering up to the second floor Market Level of the Plaza, guests can experience signature Japanese libations of sake and refreshing Shochu cocktails from Shimbashi Izakaya.
