Coronado Brewing Company Teams with barleymash for Unique Beer Pairing Dinner | Monday, June 30

June 20, 2014

Join barleymash on Monday, June 30 for special chef’s dinner and tap takeover with Coronado Brewing Company from 6:30 to 9:30pm. For $45 a person, enjoy the creative six course menu from barleymash Executive Chef Kevin Templeton. Coronado Brewing Company’s Head Brewer and Co-Founder Shawn Dewitt will be on hand to speak about beers and the latest happenings at the brewery.

Not only does this event feature a beer pairing with each course, Chef Templeton has even infused each item with a specialty brew. Try the Coronado Golden kimchi served with a perfectly sesame seared albacore tuna and the Orange Ave Wit vinaigrette, which dresses baby super greens.  Additionally, the Mermaid’s Red beer-battered cobia, chili-mango Island IPA glazed spiced pork belly confit with Idiot IPA sausage and Idiot IPA beer cheese and honey mustard sauces with house-made pretzels will please craft beer aficionados. Each of the six courses is served side-by-side with beers from Coronado Brewing Company like the Coronado Golden, Orange Ave Wit, Mermaid’s Red and more. End the evening with Jurata Baltic Porter double chocolate cake with peanut butter and bacon frosting along with a Coronado Brewing Company brew of the same name.
