SanDiegoVille: SMARTS Farm to Host Community and Family-Focused Open House Event in East Village

Humane Smarts welcomes the community to thriving SMARTS Farm for free gardening activities, art projects and outdoor fun. The SMARTS Farm Open House will take place at SMARTS Farm, located at the corner of F Street and 15th Street in Makers Quarter of San Diego’s East Village, on Saturday, June 28 from 9:3 am to 1pm.

Guests of all ages are welcome to enjoy tasty garden pizza and sip fresh-from-the-garden lemonade, and iced tea lemonade at this free community event, while participating in fun gardening classes and learning about nature, the environment and just how easy it is to become a budding gardener. The event will also feature fun hands-on activities for kids of all ages, including art projects and special farm animal visitors. The SMARTS Farm Open House will be a family-friendly opportunity to learn, play and grow in East Village.
