Throughout this year's Latin Food Fest, dedicated pavilions will focus on specific topics – ranging from the Wine Tasting Tent to Beer Cabaña to the Taste Baja Pavilion, as well as a Spirits of the Americas Expo where distillers and mixologists will hold tastings. There will also be a "San Diego's Best Fish Taco" contest, sure to please attendees with many samples from competing area chefs and restaurants. And you won’t want to miss the Top Chef, Best Restaurant and Best Dish competitions – a showcase of local culinary excellence. Sip, taste and mingle, all while getting the opportunity to meet internationally acclaimed celebrity chefs who will be conducting cooking demonstrations and book signings throughout the event.

In addition to the tastings, the festival also delights other senses with live music by Latin Grammy sensations QUATTRO, an art expo, silent auction of culinary supplies and memorabilia, all which will benefit the event's non-profit partner Feeding America San Diego.

Cooking Demos will include tips and recipes from Chef Javier Plascencia, Richard Sandoval and Roberto Alcocer. Celebrity Chef George Duran - chef, entertainer, author and TLC TV host - will be this year's emcee. Other chefs in attendance include Sara Polczynski, Drew Deckman, Martin San Roman, Francisco Perez, Alicia Maher and many, many more.

Tickets to the 2014 Latin Food Fest are $79 for General Admission, but SanDiegoVille readers can pick them up for $49 and save big on early entrance passes by using promo code TASTE.
