The Patio on Goldfinch Gets Prickly With its Tequila Dinner | 5 Courses on Tuesday, August 26

Tequila novices, connoisseurs and catadors can gather and rejoice with the return of The Patio on Goldfinch’s beloved Tequila dinner on August 26. Hosted by Montalvo Tequila, the five-course dinner incorporates nopal, also known as prickly pear cactus, into each dish and is paired with hand-crafted tequila cocktails.

Beginning at 5:30pm on Tuesday, August 26 the fun and festive meal prepared by Executive Chef John Mendal features dishes such as Confit Jidori Chicken with spicy Chicharon, a deconstructed grilled fish taco with Chilean Sea Bass, a Watermelon Sorbet, Tequila infused Pasole / Anejo and Montalvo braised barbacoa nopal and jalapeño creamy polenta. Additionally, each meal is topped off with a twist on the prickly pear cactus. Tickets are $65 per person or $125 per couple and can be purchased at brownpapertickets.com/event/809988.
