The Lost Abbey is releasing this year's version of the Lent-inspired Brett Saison - Carnevale - and in celebration, the brewery is hosting the 8th Annual Masquerade di Lost Abbey in San Marcos on Saturday, February 21 from 7-11pm. For the first time, this Carnevale release will be a ticketed event featuring live music from The Professors and food from Grill Fellas.
For the $30 entry fee, patrons will recieve a limited-edition Carnevale glass, 2 included 10 ounce pours, some New Orleans grub from Grill Fella's, and a bottle of 2015 Carnevale Ale. Tickets will be limited to the first 200 people and the brewery will be releasing which speciality and barrel-aged beers will be available during the Carnevale celebration soon.
