The San Diego International Wine Show returns to Del Mar for the fourth year, bringing a blend of culture, unique wines and wine education, and benefiting the San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy. This premier, 2-day wine-tasting event takes place on the weekend of April 25-26, from 1-6pm each day, at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in the intimate Paddock environment, and promises to be a memorable experience for everyone who attends. The event features California’s best wine from Napa Valley, Sonoma and Paso Robles, and introduces great wines from Italy, France, Spain, South America and Baja California, Mexico and beyond. Because here at SanDiegoVille, we always try to offer much more than just information, we are also raffling off a pair of passes to attend on 4/25 and giving our readers a chance to save $5 per ticket by using promo code SDVILLE online at Brown Paper Tickets.
“The public here is generally quite California-centric about their taste in wine, but when they travel abroad and experience these fantastic wines they’re discovering that they really like them,” says Santarsieri.
“The Conservancy is working to sustain our environment; this is my way of showing support for the work they do,” he said.
The San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is dedicated to preserving, protecting and restoring natural and cultural resources within the 55-mile long San Dieguito River Park and completing the 70-mile Coast to Crest Trail.
