Sirena Gourmet Latin Seafood Introduces Latin Nights To San Diego's Little Italy

When you think of the Little Italy culinary scene, do you think of world-class ceviche, grilled octopus with black garlic emulsion, and Latin oysters? Well San Diego’s traditionally Italiano community of restaurants is getting some major spice by welcoming a new cast of characters that are heating up the neighborhood’s taste buds! Sirena Gourmet Latin Seafood restaurant is at the forefront of this diversification, adding zest to the community with their launch of “Latin Nights!”

Starting on August 20, diners can experience a south-of-the-border adventure in Little Italy as Sirena and Executive Chef Jaime Chavez, host an array of acclaimed chefs from all over Latin America. Sirena’s “Latin Nights” will features a six-course meal honoring the guest chef’s region of origin, every third Thursday of the month.

On August 20, well-known guest chef, Felipe Raul, will create adventurous Latin fare characteristic of Mexico, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Each bite will be accompanied by a burst of flavor pleasing to the palates and ears. Live Latin music will complement the bold flavors of each dish and pay respect to Chef Felipe Raul, who is originally from Puerto Rico.
