Great American Foodie Fest LLC was founded by Noel Casimiro, Art Casimiro, Oliver Tolentino and Marc Tolentino. Their mission was to create an innovative food festival that would encompass the Nation's best food trucks and food vendors. The Great American Foodie was formerly the Las Vegas Foodie Fest, which has been named ‘Best Recurring Las Vegas Event’ by the Las Vegas Review-Journal’s “Best of Las Vegas” in 2013, 2014 & 2015.

After the event's huge success in Las Vegas, the founding members made a decision to expand the event to other major markets across the US. In 2015 the Great American Foodie Fest made its debut in San Diego,California and Tempe, Arizona. The festival will be open from 4pm to 10pm on Friday, July 8, 11am to 11pm on Saturday, July 9, and 11am to 8pm on Sunday, July 10.
