Every holiday is better celebrated with good food and Dia de los Muertos is no exception. On Wednesday, October 26, Bracero Cocina de Raiz in Little Italy is hosting a special multi-course, price fixed dinner in honor of this Mexican holiday, featuring visiting chefs from around Mexico.

Bracero invites guests to discover the bold flavors of authentic Mexican cuisine through a prix fixe menu and, as an optional enhancement, wine pairings from Baja's acclaimed Valle de Guadalupe region will be offered.

Three guest chefs are expected to join Chef Javier Plascencia and Chef Diana Barroso at Bracero for this exceptional event. Chefs Iker Castillo, Xavier Perez Stone and Juana Bravo all hail from different regions of Mexico and will be contributing their own talents and recipes to help create a remarkable meal in celebration of the holiday.

The four course meal is $55 per person or $75 with wine pairings. There are two seatings - 6:30pm & 8:30pm. To learn more and make reservations, visit bracerococina.com.
