Submarine Crab Coming To San Diego's Convoy District

December 27, 2016

A new Cajun restaurant concept opens in San Diego's Convoy District to kick off 2017. Inspired by Southern recipes, Submarine Crab offers a menu of sauced and spiced crab, lobster, shrimp, crawfish and more, as well as signature sides and an exciting lineup of drinks.

With locations in Garden Grove and Riverside, California, and one in Florida, Submarine Crab will launch its fourth outpost at 4647 Convoy Street. The menu will consist of a variety of seafood options using recipes from Texas and Louisiana, like creole-style hotpots, seafood boils, pastas, and raw bar options including seasonal oysters, crab legs and fresh shrimp. The drink menu is centered around a lineup of "Ocean Fog" drinks - fruity concotions that fog over from tall pitchers. The restaurant also serves beer and wine.

Submarine Crab will host a Grand Opening party on Sunday, January 1. Attendees will receive free soft drinks with check-in, as well as free one pound shrimp or crawfish with any combo and music entertainment from a live DJ.
