Joining the exciting lineup of culinary additions entering Westfield UTC in La Jolla as part of the shopping center's more than half-billion dollar renovation is Larsen's Steakhouse, an upscale steakhouse brand centered around dry-aged meats with 6 locations currently sited in California & Nevada.
Larsen's Steakhouse will occupy 7,500-square-feet of space at 4545 La Jolla Village Drive, Suite 1050, in La Jolla in a newly developed building that is part of Westfield UTC’s ongoing $600million expansion and revitalization. Located at the intersection of La Jolla Village Drive and Genesee Avenue, the building is situated as a primary entrance of the center and will include a concierge staff and valet service. The upscale steakhouse will offer expansive indoor and outdoor dining areas, as well as a piano lounge and private dining spaces. The menu will be centered around dry aged steaks and fresh seafood, and behind the bar there will be 500 varieties of wine offered, including hundreds by the glass. Larsen’s even requires a highly skilled butcher to be at the location at all times to monitor the dry aging process of its steaks.

"San Diego is a natural next step for the expansion of Larsen’s Steakhouse - it’s home to big business, affluent neighborhoods, beautiful campuses and exquisite shopping - and we knew we wanted Westfield UTC to be our next location," said Larsen's Restaurants President Flemming Larsen.
Larsen's Steakhouse is anticipated to open in Westfield UTC in La Jolla on October 12, 2017. For more information, visit larsenssteakhouse.com.
