Heading into the 4,077 square-foot Mueller Center building at 4601-4607 Park Boulevard in University Heights is Long Cloud Brewing Company, a family-owned restaurant and craft brewery.
Located on the corner of Park Boulevard and Madison Avenue in the heart of University Heights, Long Cloud Brewing Company is a restaurant and brewery being built by the Peach family. Owners Robert & Andrea Peach are tapping into their sons' respective strengths to support the venture. In charge of brewery operations will be Joe Peach, who was previously the head brewer at Poway's Lightning Brewing and currently works at Bitter Brothers Brewing in BayHo. The restaurant portion of the project will be managed by younger brother Oliver Peach, a longtime GM at nearby Red House Pizza.
