In a time when you might as well say goodbye to any hope of sticking to a healthy diet, the duo of gluttonous powerhouses are collaborating on two specialty NY style pizzas along with a sausage platter and Italian sausage sandwich.
As of December 1, the Regents Pizzeria menu now includes the belt-busting Mastiff Pig Fry Chicago Pizza stocked with al pastor sausage, crispy pork belly, carnitas, Kennebec fries, Regents mozzarella/provolone/Cotija cheese blend, fresh cilantro, Harissa aioli sauce, and topped with marinara; the Mastiff Pork Nug NY Pizza with pineapple, a mozzarella/provolone cheese blend, crispy pork belly, alfredo base, Gochujang glaze, chopped Peanut, sesame seeds, and scallion garnish; the Mastiff Italian Sausage Sandwich with an all-natural locally made 1/4 lb sausage link topped with melted provolone, herb ricotta cheese blend and housemade giardiniera; and the Mastiff All Natural Sausage Platter with two 1/4 lb locally made Italian sausage links served with housemade giardiniera, pickles, and Mastiff whole grain mustard. The best part is that even if you can't espcape the guilt of gluttony, you can feel good about indulging because a portion of proceeds ($1 per slice, sandwich or platter and $5 per pie) will go directly to support No Kid Hungry - a national charity that works to ensure that every child in the United States has access to healthy food where they live, where they learn and where they play.
