Phở Ca Dao & Grill, which is best known for its PCD phở Vietnamese noodle soup served in broth that’s simmered for 8 to 10 hours, will continue to offer classic recipes from its newest location, along with elevated phở dishes featuring filet mignon, oxtail and seafood, and a made-to-order chargrilled recipes. The 5,000 square-foot Poway location is complete with a sit down restaurant and bar serving craft beer and wine, as well as a catering kitchen, self-order kiosks and curbside service.
Owner Thi Huynh is a long-time foremost leader amongst the Vietnamese-American community and served as a secretary-general of the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce and vice director of Tieng Nuoc Toi (TNT) radio. Huynh upholds the importance of community and family, incorporating this value into his family’s 17-year-old restaurant group.

Opening on January 12 at 12719 Poway Road in San Diego's Poway area, Phở Ca Dao & Grill's fifth location will host a celebration for its grand opening weekend, providing free PCD phở or any rice dish of choice on Jan. 12-14 for all local first responders who’ve helped Southern California get through its prolonged fire season.
Since its launch in 2001, Phở Ca Dao & Grill has experienced growth with locations in Mira Mesa, East County, Rancho Bernardo, Santee and now Poway. Phở Ca Dao & Grill plans to open its sixth location in Chula Vista in 2018.
