Starting this April, Lionfish Modern Coastal Cuisine at Pendry Hotel in the Gaslamp Quarter will launch rooftop dining for an all new al-fresco dinner option in San Diego.
Starting on Monday, April 23, guests of Lionfish Modern Coastal Cuisine at Pendry Hotel can enjoy Executive Chef JoJo Ruiz's dinner menu at the resort's poolside outdoor rooftop. In addition to a dinner options starting at 5pm, Lionfish will also offer happy hour featuring featuring $1 oysters, $5 drafts, $7 wines, $8 cocktails and $8 bites – including an exclusive menu of hand rolls - during happy hour on Monday-Friday from 5-7pm.
